Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
PRE CALL:
- Prepare Merchandising Materials (Log Book/Forms/Ballpen/Gun Tagger/Cutter if necessary)
PROCEED TO HRD/SELLING AREA/WAREHOUSE
- Time In. Must be in Outlet on scheduled time
- Forward/Arranged Stocks display on Shelves. Check condition of Chillers/Freezers
- Proceed to Back Up Freezer to withdraw all stock pull-out from previous day
- Ensure that FEFO procedure is followed
- Prepare Inventory for withdrawals. Proceed to Warehouse to withdraw Stocks
- Check Price Updates/Adjustments (if any)/Shelf Tag Alignment
- Display/Refill Stocks
- Monitor Freezer Temperature
- Segregate all Bad Order. Summarize to Log Book for proper tagging of Field Coordinator through Product Return Evaluation (PRE)
PROCEED TO STORAGE/COLDROOM
- Prepare Inventory for Weekly Report/S.O. and Trade Inventories
- Compress Stocks before the end of the shift or during withdrawals
PROCEED TO B.O. SECTION (PULL-OUT OF STOCKS)
- Segregates all Bad Orders pulled-Out from Selling Area
- Ensure that the declared B.O. are properly arranged or segregated accordingly
- Should attend the pull out process to ascertain completeness and accuracy of actual stocks with PORF. Both must acknowledged the PORF to support the complete pull out
- Required to duly signed/acknowledge the PORF to ensure proper turn-over of stocks
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITY: PREPARATION OF S.O.(SUGGESTED ORDER).
- Ensure stock ordering are properly authorized and documented. Should be signed by Account Specialist and approved by Outlet representative
- Must follow the correct ordering based on inventory and days level
PROCEED TO RDU TO RECEIVED STOCKS DURING DELIVERIES
- Ensure that ModCon Merchandiser are present during delivery and receiving to ensure proper turn-over of stocks accountability from Trucker/Hauler
- Actual Delivery should be properly validated, quality of stocks should be checked and actual quantity should be reviewed and accurately indicated
