Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the intro of applicants
  2. Take charge in the training for Lamonte Admin Responsibilities of Merchandisers, specifically;
    • Admin Training (DAR, DTR, MCP, etc.)
    • Operational Reports Training (SI, SMR, Near-Ex, etc.)
    • Product Training; Classroom and In-Store Orientation
  3. Regularly update the training master list of Merchandisers
  4. Monitor the Merchandisers’ Daily Time Record completion
  5. Generate the Merchandisers’ Daily Time Record Summary
  6. Prepare and submit complete Daily Time Records
  7. Take charge in the completion of Expense Reports
  8. Prepare and submit complete Monthly Coverage Plans
  9. Consolidate all check vouchers and prepare receiving copies for submission to the Point Person
  10. Prepare a checklist to properly monitor the Merchandisers’ submission status of reports
  11. Prepare the Merchandisers’ Incident Report
  12. Prepare the Merchandisers’ evaluation
  13. Take charge in the releasing of forms, tools, and materials (uniforms) for Merchandisers
  14. Regularly update the outlet profile
  15. Attend meetings with clients and/or distributors if needed
  16. Ensure that the outlets assigned are executing all standards set by clients (In-store)
  17. Monitor and assist in the reconciliation of deliveries, inventories, etc. (In-Store)
  18. Monitor and provide assistance in the variance reconciliation with clients if needed
