Duties and Responsibilities

HR/ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES (OUT-BASED AREAS)

  1. Recruitment
    • Provide an active pool of applicants for abrupt loss of manpower
    • Evaluate applicants and ensure that they are well qualified for work
    • Administer necessary exams and facilitate interviews
    • Endorse and assist applicants in their respective outlets for intro
  2. Documentation
    • Submit Manpower Requests to the HR Admin of branch offices through text message
    • Retain a copy of the applicants’ resume for safekeeping
    • Conduct the orientation to Lamonte’s Policy
    • Have the applicants sign the Contract of Employment and make certain that they completely understood its contents
    • Distribute Company IDs and ATM Application Forms
    • Check the applicants’ basic government requirements
      Reminder: a 2-week deadline will be given to applicants who have yet to complete their requirements.
  3. Training and Orientation
    • Manage and oversee the Lamonte Orientation, Product Orientation, and In-Store Training for out-based Merchandisers, Promodisers, and Area Field Coordinators
  4. Deployment
    • Organize documents and prepare them for 201 filing
    • Regularly advise applicants of their existing deficiencies within the 2-week timeline
      Reminder: the HR Department from branch offices/head office must always be informed on all aspects of the abovementioned hiring process.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an appointed Account Field Officer, one must directly report to the Area Field Manager and provide assistance in accomplishing the following tasks (if needed or in the absence of the Area Field Manager):

  1. Be present and punctual in meetings with clients or distributors
  2. Reconcile delivery, inventory, and sales variances with clients
  3. Assist in the implementation of special projects
  4. Relieve Area Field Coordinators who are on leave
  5. Responsibilities to Area Field Coordinators:
    • Lamonte Orientation, Product Orientation, and In-Store Training
    • Training master list
    • Performance evaluation
    • Incident Reports
    • Assistance and assessment during Trade Visits (if needed)
  6. Monitor and validate the following:
    • Daily Time Records, Expense Reports, and Monthly Coverage Plans of Area Field Coordinators
    • Lamonte Orientation, Product Orientation, and In-Store Training of Merchandisers/Promoters
    • Training master list, incident report, and performance evaluation of Merchandisers
      • Prepared by Area Field Coordinators
    • Status of both admin and operational reports submission
    • Outlet profiles
      • Prepared by Area Field Coordinators
    • Receiving copies of check vouchers
    • Checking of the Area Field Coordinators’ attendance and compliance with their Monthly Coverage Plans
      • Validated by the Admin Assistant
    • DTR Summaries of Merchandisers and Area Field Coordinators
      • Validated by the Admin Assistant
