Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible  on recruitment, interview, exam given to the applicant
  2. Do final interview with Account Managers for qualified applicant
  3. Assists employees in signing of employment contract, policy, cashcard and releasing of ID.
  4. Issuance of letters to merchandisers
  5. Monitor employees absences and tardiness
  6. Prepares summary of leave for payroll purposes
  7. Attend meeting and seminar for Human resource concern
  8. Perform other task relevant to labor cases
  9. Perform bank transaction if needed
  10. Check orderliness of the office ( maintenance group)
  11. Monitor  201  file
