Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible on recruitment, interview, exam given to the applicant
- Do final interview with Account Managers for qualified applicant
- Assists employees in signing of employment contract, policy, cashcard and releasing of ID.
- Issuance of letters to merchandisers
- Monitor employees absences and tardiness
- Prepares summary of leave for payroll purposes
- Attend meeting and seminar for Human resource concern
- Perform other task relevant to labor cases
- Perform bank transaction if needed
- Check orderliness of the office ( maintenance group)
- Monitor 201 file
