Job Description

The Acct. Field Coordinator is responsible for the efficient implementation of the merchandising and display guidelines set by our clients. Must spend most of his/her time in the field work

Duties and Responsibilities

Merchandising and Display Responsibilities

  1. Ensure product availability and product display dominance
  2. Ensure that the only good stocks are displayed.
  3. Monitor and report competitor’s activities to concerned parties (Lamonte and clients)
  4. Ensure that the required Plan-O-Gram and required product/display/storage temperature is followed and that the First-to-Expire, First-Out policy is observed
  5. Ensure proper installation and updating of merchandising materials
  6. Monitor and reconcile delivery, inventory, transformation and sales variance

Responsibilities to Station Personnel

  1. Orient station personnel on their duties and responsibilities
  2. Ensure that the station personnel are guided by the standards set by client & Lamonte to guarantee their efficient performance
  3. Demand strict compliance of the assigned outlet’s and Lamonte’s rules and regulations and enforce disciplinary actions to those who violate these rules
  4. Ensure that the new station personnel are accompanied to their respective outlets for intro and hands on training
  5. Monitor the attendance and performance of station personnel through our evaluation system
  6. Ensure proper turnover and deployment of new station personnel to their respective outlets
  7. Be aware of station personnel issues and concerns and promptly attend to these concerns

Responsibilities to Clients and Outlets

  1. Ensure accessibility and visibility to clients at all times
  2. Inform clients of developments in area of responsibility regularly
  3. Maintain a good relationship with outlets personnel and clients
  4. Should be aware of client’s and outlet’s policies, requirements, rules and regulations
  5. Review call objectives based on work plan

Responsibilities to Lamonte

  1. Honestly and concisely fill out and submit the Daily Activity Report and other reports required by Lamonte
  2. Follow rules and regulations set by Lamonte. (Protect the interests of Lamonte, our clients and station personnel)
  3. Collate and check all reports and requirements of station personnel and make sure that these are submitted on time
  4. Ensure that only qualified personnel are hired
  5. Continue to train and update station personnel on the latest move and trends in merchandising and display
  6. Regularly coordinate with Field Services Manager & Operations Manager on the status of his area of responsibility
  7. Safeguard and properly distribute uniforms, merchandising materials and POP’s
  8. Be aware of new outlets opening in the said areas
  9. Provide inputs on how to further improve the quality of service that Lamonte provides its clients
  10. Inform immediate superior of leaves to ensure that a reliever covers the area
  11. Ensures complete manpower count deployed in outlets based on contract
